Developed by Moondance Cancer Initiative, CANLLAW is a targeted investment in consultants driving improvements in cancer services. Grounded in the realities of NHS Wales, it offers professional development support that is tailored and flexible.
CANLLAW brings together a bespoke mix of external coaching, mentoring, training and strategic input to match each participant’s needs. It’s designed to unlock potential, remove barriers and create space to turn ambition into action.
Designed to work alongside clinical roles, CANLLAW is for consultants who are:
- Actively shaping improvement in cancer services and pathways
- Positioned to influence change beyond their immediate remit
- Ready to benefit from structured, intensive support.
The inaugural CANLLAW cohort is in motion and the second cohort will commence in September 2026.
