Developed by Moondance Cancer Initiative, CANLLAW is a targeted investment in clinicians driving improvements in cancer services. Grounded in the realities of NHS Wales, it offers professional development support that is tailored and flexible.
CANLLAW brings together a bespoke mix of external coaching, mentoring, training and strategic input to match each participant’s needs. It’s designed to unlock potential, remove barriers and create space to turn ambition into action.
Since 2019 Moondance Cancer Initiative has invested over £5.5 million in brave people and brilliant ideas that improve cancer diagnosis, treatment and care across Wales. CANLLAW is the next step in our work to help make Wales a world leader in cancer survival.
The inaugural CANLLAW cohort goes live in September 2025.
